Please feel free to ask any questions you might have, but hopefully these will answer some of them.

  • Can I place a custom order?

    Absolutely! I love custom orders, they are my favorites! I also reconstruct family headpieces that have been passed down to you by your loved one. Once the custom order is finalized and the non-refundable down-payment is made, I would need about 1-3 months to complete the headpiece. Please CONTACT me if you have any further questions or would like to start on your custom headpiece.

  • Reconstructing Passed-On Pieces

    I reconstruct passed-on special pieces such as mother's wedding dress, mother's headpiece, passed on jewelry, & veils to make something special for your special wedding day. Please CONTACT me via email and make sure to add photos of the item that I am taking apart. After, we agree on a design & price, you would be shipping me the heirloom piece at your cost. I will text you once I receive the piece, and text you along the way as I am taking it apart and making something for your special day. Once your new headpiece is complete, I will ship back to you the remaining heirloom piece along with your new headpiece. 

  • What form of payments do you accept?

    I accept cash if picking up in person in Nashville, TN (USA) area. Any items that are on this website can be purchased directly from this website, and safely check out.

    Custom order pieces will have private invoices that will be emailed to the client to safely check-out using a credit/debit card. I can also accept Venmo payments for custom orders only.

  • Can I rush a custom order?

    Yes, it is possible for a custom order to be placed in a "Rush Order," meaning it is time sensitive order. Due to time being close to when the client would like the headpiece, there will be an additional rush fee anywhere from $50-$100. Please make sure to CONTACT me as soon as possible to start on your custom piece.

    To avoid the Rush Order fee, please CONTACT me at least 3 months prior to you wanting to receive the piece(s).

  • What is your return policy?

    Because the headpieces, accessories, and jewelry are delicate items, all sales are final once an item is sold/purchased.
